When deliberations on where to hold the imminent Great Sabbath, a large-scale festival for witches the world over, come dangerously close to a standstill, Akane and representatives of the four other candidate host cities are scooped up and ordered to battle on behalf of their hometowns to claim the honor-and their own freedom.
